 1.Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

2. Unboxing Video Is Mandatory

For any return, refund or product-related complaint, the customer must record a clear, continuous unboxing/opening video of the parcel.

The video should clearly show:

– The sealed parcel before opening
– The shipping label/order details
– The parcel being opened
– The product and its condition after opening

If an unboxing video is not available, the return/refund request may not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide the required unboxing video and order details.

After reviewing the request, Yaahu Perfume may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

4. Product Condition

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required packaging may not be eligible for return.

5. Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will review the refund request. If approved, the applicable refund will be processed through the available payment method.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Yaahu Perfume reserves the right to review each return/refund request according to the above policy.
